My Story

So when did my story begin? And why did I decide to provide my services to amazing entrepreneurs like you?

I have always been a self-starter. From my first venture at age 10 when I would buy stickers in bulk and sell them individually at school, I’ve always had an entrepreneurial mindset.

I progressed to setting up a children’s party/entertainment agency in my teens, which I ran alongside my day job and whilst studying at university. At age 21, I finished my degree in Business Administration and Management, and kept multitasking between my office job and running my weekend business.

Years later in 2005, I came to the UK to learn English. Then life happened and I have been here ever since!

In 2009 I came to realize that by joining together my experience and language skills with my entrepreneurial approach, I could build a unique business. I founded The Star PA – bespoke virtual assistance services to UK business owners trading with Spain and Latin America. And it was a hit!

Then in 2012, after 3 years of non stop I had a burnout. My story took an unexpected turn and I had a big health set back – I was diagnosed borderline autoimmune and had to learn to manage with lifestyle adjustments. It is fair to say I had to learn the hard way! This is when I was introduced to complementary medicine and health and wellbeing as a whole.

Between 2012 and 2020, I kept my business running on a project basis and alongside this I was able to pursue a career in PA/office management where I managed a wide array of offices and premises and supported in-house as well as international remote teams.

Now, after more than a decade of servicing different sectors, I have decided to focus on providing my VA services to people helping others in their life and business journeys who also value the importance of taking care of themselves.

My experiences have consistently taught me the undeniable value of a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health balance. I consider myself extremely lucky to be able to use my skills to help others achieve this balance in their own business and personal lives.
