I provide business owners with more time to focus on their core business and personal life!
But when did it all start?
I have always been a self-starter. From my first venture at age 10 when I would buy stickers in bulk and sell them individually at school, I’ve always had an entrepreneurial mindset.
From buying stickers I progressed to setting up a children’s party/entertainment agency at age 18, which I ran alongside my day job as a Financial Analyst at a big telecommunications company and whilst studying at university. It did help that most parties happened at the weekend!
At 21, I got my degree in Business Administration and Management and I decided then it was time to focus exclusively on my career (although I kept my fondness for multi-tasking!).
Years later in 2005 I came to the UK and was able to pursue a career in office management. I went on to manage a wide array of office sizes (from 4 people to over 250) and was lucky enough to work in a wide range of industries and alongside a variety of culturally and organisationally diverse teams. This gave me extensive experience in administrative and business management and included functions such as Finance, HR, H&S, Operations, Marketing, IT and Customer Services.
In 2009 I came to realise that if I leveraged my combined skills and experience with my entrepreneurial approach, I could start an exciting business of my own (and hopefully get an upgraded quality of life into the bargain!).
I founded The Star PA – a bespoke virtual assistant service dedicated to helping business owners delegate the burden of their daily admin and improve their own quality of life in the process. Although I work mainly with UK business owners, I also use my language skills to help business owners trading in Spain and Latin America.
I have over 15 years of combined experience of providing dedicated administrative and management support to a wide variety of different businesses and business owners.
In terms of hobbies, I love cooking and do so every day. I am also a bit of a foodie, so I am extremely excited to be able to go out again and discover more great places to eat! I particularly enjoy Japanese, Korean, Modern British, and of course Latin American cuisine.
The name of my business comes from being like the stars, you cannot always see them but you know they are always there!
